"Podiatry service at Queen Marys"

About: Queen Mary's Hospital

I had an appointment last Monday,5th September at 10 a.m. A G.P's.referral to the podiatry department.

Was told Appointment was the next day then told it was for next October!! New podiatrist. Wouldn't see me, said they might give me a quickie at lunchtime, 10 minutes at most but I wasn't happy with this treatment. I had the time and date right,.(and after a long bus journey to the hospital).Tried to complain but no one cared a jot or listened . No manager. Sent to 3 different staff but no luck! Doors opened were closed again! Told to go online. This is the worst most inefficient service I have ever received in any hospital in my life (and I am 67!)
