"Concerns"

I have a relative currently at the Brooker Centre. I have to say given the recent publicity about the mental health services, the treatment of patients is apaulling, when a patient has to search the internet themselves so desperate to recover then to be told by the Doctor i quote "Well I will see you next week and you will still be the same" how is this helping someone, negativity is the worst for someone severley depressed, this is now what the person feels..they will never recovery, this is all.down to lack of care, empathy and support.

This is so so sad someone crying out for help and being classed as a number and all they want to do is get them off the ward. I would really appreciate advice on where to go in order to get this person the help they need and deserve?
