"Blood Test"

Would just like to take the time to thank the pathology lab where I recently had a blood test for the service I received. I've been a few times recently, since falling pregnant, and have been satisfied with my treatment. Having said that my most recent visit was, in particular, fantastic. The member of staff taking my blood introduced them-self, checked I was ok with having my blood taken, explained everything as they were doing it and made general conversation. It's a real shame I cannot name them as they deserve the credit! The NHS is brilliant, thank you.
