"Thank you to the Rosie"

About: Rosie Hospital

I have had all three of my children at the Rosie the most recent being born last Saturday. I had a particularly quick labour on a very busy night! The staff were amazing particularly my midwife. I have been taken to Lady Mary all three times after giving birth and this time was the nicest by far. Less beds per ward, much friendlier staff always had a smile and answered any questions.

Firstly, congratulations on the birth of your baby.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us that you have been pleased with your care at The Rosie and particularly that you found the staff to be helpful and kind.

The team have put a lot of work into improving the patient experience on Lady Mary ward over recent months, and I am glad that you had such a good stay on this ward.

I have passed your kind comments to the staff involved and they will be much appreciated.
