About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford) / Accident and emergency

Attended the A& E department with my Mum on Saturday at 0920. Allmost immediately we were seen my an excellent triage nurse. By 1030 my Mum had seen a doctor, had blood taken for tests and had a chest X-ray and CT scan . At 1130 the results of all these were presented to us. All the staff were extremely caring, helpful and friendly . First class - thank you very much .

Thank you for letting us know about the timely review of your Mum on that Saturday evening.

I am glad that she was seen swiftly, had all the necessary tests and that you knew the full picture by 11.30pm, which would have eased both of your anxieties.

Thank you for letting us know that the staff were so friendly, caring and helpful.

I hope you Mum feels a lot better now.
