"Cardiology Department - £1M could not buy..."

I recently had the benefit of a (S-ICD) implant (heart defibrillator) by RSCH and cannot compliment the team enough for my amazing treatment. Throughout the entire process from initial referral and consultation to my part-day admission for the procedure, I was treated with utmost respect and attention. I formed the impression that the process seemed very efficient and all staff highly professional and motivated. I was kept "entertained" during the "operation " and felt entirely relaxed and safe until discharged later the same day.
