"Can't get in contact with the Minor Op..."

About: Queen Alexandra Hospital / Ophthalmology

I've been urgently trying to get in contact with the Minor op Department continuously for the past two days, but no one is picking up the phone! Talking to the switchboard, they've said that this has been like this for the past 3 years, and there's nothing they can do. I'm fairly desperate and posting on here to try another way of making some kind of contact!

Hi, I'm not sure why you are having such difficulty getting through to this Department, but if you wanted to contact our PALS (Patient Advice & Liaison Service) they will be happy to get someone to contact you asap.

Telephone 0800 917 6039 or 023 9228 6309 or e-mail PHT.PALS@porthosp.nhs.uk

We're waiting to hear from you to try to sort this out today.
