"Excellent care on Iffley ward"

I recently spent 5 weeks on Iffley ward due to complications with my pregnancy. I was superbly looked after, both on Iffley and on the delivery suite, at a time that was both scary and stressful. The staff were kind, professional and thorough. This extends to all the staff I came across including all disciplines of nursing, Physio, housekeeping, imaging, maintenance, administration and the doctors. This care was also shown to my husband and daughter. Working in healthcare myself, I could tell there were days that the staff were stretched, but this was not communicated to me as a patient. I was treated as an individual and was fully involved in decisions regarding my care. Many thanks to all the staff, I can't recommend your unit highly enough.
