"Birch ward. Bay b"

I was recently in Birch Ward for 6 days and had a pacemaker fitted and would like to say I was absolutely blown away by the whole system it was amazing, extremely well managed and run by such hard working and caring nursing staff, nothing was to much trouble for them they were fantastic. The cleaning and food trolley staff were very efficient and helpful and could not be faulted, the meals were excellent, and being a vegetarian, were well thought out.

The dedication of some particular nurses was exemplary this was brought home to me by a nurse who, although they spoke very good English, was trying hard to get even better by taking paid for lessons.

Lastly I would like to thank all of doctors and the unseen administrators and managers who help make the whole thing possible.
