"Physio and Neurogym"

Having just completed my program in the Neurogym I have nothing but great things to say about them and highly recommend everyone that gets the opportunity to use the facilities does.

My improvement in strength, co-ordination, balance and walking speed has been fantastic. The work with and the knowledge I've picked up from the member of staff has been hugely beneficial and motivating.

I'll miss my visits there. I now realise I was on a very slow decline, caused not only by my condition but by not exercising the right muscles or in the right way. They've given me the tools to help me improve and get even stronger. I can only see a positive time ahead as I continue my improvement.
