"Still haven't had my appointment"

i have arrange an appointment for over 4 months now.It keeps getting changed, its unbelievable, luckily my skin is improving, local gp don't help at all. There must be a quicker way to get an appointment, its ridiculous. I am a student , i cant time of easily from my placement job, changing my appointment was hectic for me, I rang up and booked for an appointment for a reason, I clearly made sure I had to have that date. my appointment is next month ---- apparently, lets see when you change it to now. The receptionist was not helpful either.
