"The chemotherapy department only"

We were in the chemotherapy department going private we expected the best care but no heaithcare workers who tell you I'm not a nurse I'm a gooffer so I then makes a mess of taking blood the next one make a mess of putting a canula in two attempts again not a nurse so your there to be practiced on when I asked the nurse for a nurse to do it their reply oh we give the two goes then they call for a nurse . This is a painful experience so say from the start you demand a nurse your paying a lot to be there demand the best . Very disappointed in being told chem only an hour its three hours if your lucky we were ther 9 hours one day ridiculous . On the positive side the radiation department genus care which is in the same building are excellent and quick and lovely staff it came across that the chemo department didn't like the genius care radiation department at all not what we needed I would not recommend the chemo department in this hospital
