About: New Cross Hospital / Accident and emergency

Poor assessments, long waiting times and the stroke diagnosis was missed for over 24 hours.

We were passed to an appalling department called Amu who failed to communicate with us, made flippant comments and gave no feedback. Avoid new cross !
