"Nothing no respect for patients ..."

What I liked

Nothing no respect for patients and family doctors nurses did not inform us about the patient the docs and nurses did not communicate its as if they left the patient to die. I went into the stroke unit when allowed to massage and speak to the patient patients records had not been filled out they did not even put any water or fluid to the patients mouth it was so dry what dignity you should all be ashamed calling your selfs caring doctors and nurses bring back the matrons

What could be improved

Everything no communication at all when i approached the doctor he was rude arrogant and did not tell us much we asked on several occasions all he kept saying was he will have to move the patient i asked why as she lives in Bren t but nwph is part of cmh so why move her

Anything else?

The doctors should show respect to patients and the family. How would they feel if it was a member of there family show respect to the elderly i know you do not want to treat them but my mother is strong she will pull through shame on you all if she doesn't survives i will take this further we have paid into the system all our life's. Start doing your job i had to feed my mother wet her mouth talk to her show some care. other families complained but nothing was done. remember if you are in that situation what you done to people will happen to you. God bless all the elderly people i feel your familys pain watching you all suffer and you cannot speak or move.
