"Dental Service at Golden Jubilee Hospital"

About: Golden Jubilee National Hospital

(as the patient),

I attend the Golden Jubilee Hospital for dental treatment due to my Diabetes and Heamophilia, I was quite angry today after getting a letter which stated I failed to attend an appointment within this department in August, but it was news to myself as I had no letter to say I had this appointment, I am very angry that this department had sent me a letter which I found cheeky I would hope in future that I am not sent a letter that was in an angry format to me again.
