"Daughter in primrose ward"

This hospital is a complete joke.
Daughter was in 5 times with pains in her stomach. Doctors were extremely rude and insulting to her. Then she was admitted for laporosopy. Was holding on phone for 10 minutes. Nurse was extremely rude and unhelpful when I rang from Ireland trying to find out about her op.
