"6 months wait for hearing aids, 10 days at..."

I think this timescale is totally unacceptable, reason given not enough staff to many patients. actually I have visited the doctors 4 times about this called the hospital several times for updayes, been accused of not attend appointment, in fact I have actually attend the hospital now 6 times used vital services up going through the same process over again needlessly, the hospital cancelled two of my appointment but the letter arrived two days after the appointment, specsave can do this in 10 days but as I'm under 65 I cannot be referred. Please do not insult us with excuses. In the hospital s defense I moved home 2 years ago and this complicated things, I stupidly thought that updating my doctor and the hospital that my address would be change, no you must update each departure Silly me.
