"Out patients appointment"

I took my seat to wait plastics to call. Whilst I was there I saw two doctors walked ng around trying to find their patients. I had a minor op to remove a lump from my big toe. I then received a letter requesting I go back to clinic to discuss this further.nWhen I asked a question the doctor tried to avoid every question. They also told me they had several patients waiting . This was about 4-20pm on a Friday afternoon.
