ive been in the queen margaret many times and today my partner was in for an op... never seen anything like it... staff off shift helped me, every nurse passing asked if I was ok, knew my other half by name and were lighthearted on the way out! my man wanted me to feed this back and he even commented on the ward all of should be paid double what you do. and I agree. well done
