"Royal Gwent hospital ENT waiting times"

Following visit to GP, he sent a referral to RGH requesting treatment for blockage in left ear, he considered this to be a matter of some urgency.

The refferal request was received at 'out patients' RGH 

I phoned to seek information on date of appointment today

I was told the waiting time for ENT procedures totalled THIRTY TWO WEEKS.

THis would date the appointment as: EIGHT MONTHS time.

THis is completely unsatisfactory. I feel disappointed and amazed.
