What I liked
I would like to compliment all the staff and Doctors in firstly A & E and Ward F7. The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful and made me feel comfortable at all times. The ward was quite noisy tho especially at night however that is par for the course on a respiritory ward. The doctors advised me well on all my treatment and the nurses were very supportive at times of stress.
What could be improved
Noise reduction at night.
