"Save yourself the hassle"

So so upset with this place. Been coming here for years and it just gets progressively worse. Constantly overrun appointment times- usually by at least an hour! They never have the decency to let you know. Last 2 days been unable to get appointment. Told a doctor would call. Of course they haven't! Had to call again and be told I'd have to wait for another 4 hrs. Disgraceful surgery. Disgraceful service. Something really needs to be done about it
