I attended the minor injuries unit in July 2016 after rolling my ankle severely in the street.
I arrived after having to limp from the bus stop and search for the unit (clearer signs in the street are needed, perhaps).
I was 10 minutes late to being seen due to searching. Please make it clear on your website that you stop taking patients 30 minutes before actual closing time. When I entered to ask for help, the receptionist was clearly too busy to even look at me, let alone speak to me.
They told me to go to Angel, but did not provide an address, directions, or even the slightest amount of care to my condition. Very disappointed with the customer care I received.
I wasn't able to get my ankle looked at that night because I was so tired from limping around and in so much pain,
I couldnt bear the idea of trying to get somewhere else without directions.
