"My visit to XRAY"

I traveled today from Southam to Warwick Hospital for an Xray at 8am, very pleased with myself for getting there in plenty of time, then the penny dropped I had left my Xray form at home, with no hope of getting home and back in time, I went to Xray and spoke to a lovely receptionist, with their help my husband faxed the form through and they picked up the fax from the office, whilst also booking in other patients.

This receptionist was so calm and pleasant, whilst I felt foolish and desparate, and saved my day - Thank you.

They also saved a missed appointment and I had my xray. Win win.
