"Fantastic service"

I visited A&E following damaging my shoulder. The staff were extremely polite and friendly. I was seen by triage very quickly and sent for x-Ray's straight away, only a short wait for X-rays and results. I was referred to a specialist and got an appointment within two weeks and the hospital contacted me 2 days after the trip to a&e with a physio appointment within a week. Fantastic service and they seem to have gone above and beyond to help me and my damaged rotator cuff! Outstanding.
