"Amazing care"

I can not give enough thanks to my consultant and their team. Firstly I waited two years to finally get a referral done by my GP regarding hip pain I have suffered. I was eventually referred to mount vernon from my first appointment I have had the best care I have ever experience not to mention quick and efficient. I ended up having a procedure on my hip. Trinity ward were professional and caring the cleaners and porters were also lovely and appeared to be happy in there work. The nursing staff were caring and kind, and eased my nerves. My consultant and the registrar talked me though my procedure whilst performing it and the theater was lovely. I met with my consultant today they are such a kind and caring person. Thank you to all the staff for your care you all do an amazing job. As an ex NHS worker I have to say the service here was the best I have received and seen.Keep up the good work.
