"Prompt action"

I got a nasty cat bite on my hand a week ago which started swelling up after just couple of hours. I called the surgery and was advised no available appointments on the day and to call back the next morning. As the swelling was getting worse I drove to the surgery in the hope of a cancellation but they had none however they sent me to the pharmacy round the corner who phoned the surgery asking them to see me asap. I went back and Nayna on the reception desk managed to squeeze me in. They were helpful and empathetic. A big thank you to them, the pharmacy staff and Dr for their prompt help as I was in really bad pain. A week of antibiotics later and it's much better. Thank you again. Nicole
