What I liked

I received top class treatment from the Diabetes Team. My nurse, has been approachable at all hours of the day - I cannot give her enough praise. The doctor has worked incredibly hard to improve my diabetic control - he has gone over and above the call of duty. An excellent team.

What could be improved
