"Medway hospital"

I had an appointment this morning at the Medway Maritime Hospital. As always I could not help to notice the professionalism of the personnel. From the guy who was sweeping the floor and was giving direction to anyone who looked lost, the lady receptionist, the nurse and the doctor. It is a fact that people are quick to complain. ( 30 yrs of customers service taught me that ) but I hope that good feedbacks are given also to those people who do such a hard job with a smile and so much compassion.
