What I liked

Corners cleaned, mops put in to disinfectant more often. Not cleaning the whole of the sink area with only 1 dunk in the water at the very start, then no more until the next sink area. Could staff smile and be more on the ball with older people. Would like to see less of them sitting around chatting, more going around doing more for people. People not having to wait for hours for stronger pain medicine.

What could be improved

I would want the right equipment to be used for elevating the legs and arms of people in plaster, on the wards NOT PILLOWS! I was told by a senior nurse you only have 2 in the whole hospital. Nurses not forgetting to give people their pain medicines, help with feeding the older people. Not just sitting around talking when peoples buzzers are going off! Lots more if you can stand to hear this......
