"No problem with the centre it's the handling..."

The centre and all the people within it are brilliant and cannot fault them. That's all good. Now the bad points. I live in Stanford-le-Hope and have no way, either by bus or by train to get to the centre. I have always asked them for a taxi and their attitude to this fact is dire and downright appalling, They say to me that I can get a bus in to the place. I totally agree, I can get a bus in, but I will be on my knees by the time I'd got there. The place is not on a bus route and if I do get a bus, by the time I got there they would be closing. The buses only go to the station and then it's a 30 minute walk to the place and by that time I would be screaming for pain relief. Simply put, I need a taxi.
