As a visitor to the centre you soon find that to try and speak to your loved one the staff at the other end of the phone are rude with no telephone/communication skills.. My family member had a staff member tell fellow patients/service users his personal information and found it very funny to embaress him..when you visit a loved one you will be stared at intensely and made to feel uncomfortable! Staff try to insinuate to your loved ones that you -the visitors are controlling & by complaining about the poor care given you leave your loved one "anxious! With 20years nursing experience myself I've never seen such poor standards!
"Patient confidentiality non existent!"
