I have recently had to access the above services. I have nothing but admiration for both in and outpatient teams. They are : Kind, human, professional, efficient and just brilliant. It can be a very anxious and embarrassing time being in hospital. My journey was great I was always at the centre of the treatment plan, treated as an adult, human being, with dignity and respect. It is clear to see why this team are nationally recognised for their standards. Their knowledge is as expected, but it is their approach and model of care that makes them succeed. Keep the service going!
