I've been registered with Charles Clifford since the late nineties, and have gone for a check up every 6 months. Recently i rang up to book an appointment because of a broken tooth and was told quite sternly that i am no longer registered with them and that i would have to find another dentist, and that its 'not a dentist you know'. I haven't been informed of this in writing or any other way. Dissapointed is not the word. As far as i was to believe, i was registered for life, and after attending regular appointments for the last 18 years, to be told i am no longer registered is extremely upsetting. Rubbish
