What could be improved

I arrived with a spinal injury following a rugby accident. Was left for around half an hour before being seen and was then briefly examined by a doctor who seemed unsure of correct procedure (checking with nurses before doing some things). Following this I was left again and sent away home with some muscle relaxants. There were no furthers tests carried out. Since then I have been diagnosed with a prolapsed disc and was very disappointed that this was not diagnosed at the time, allowing treatment to begin more quickly.
