"Offhand and rude MRI staff."

The MRI radiology staff were very rude, blunt and off-hand. Not friendly, no smiles, and even didn't explain the procedure of an MRI scan. ome of the staff snapped at me too. I was quite disgusted considering this is a private healthcare facility.
