"Waiting times Bromley Podiatry."

About: Bromley Healthcare / Podiatry

(as a parent/guardian),

In July 2015 because I was concerned with my son's gait and the very uneven way his shoes were being worn down and went to the GP for a referral.

The GP agreed that there was a problem and agreed to a referral.

Finally last week I got a letter asking me to ring a number arrange an appointment at Bromley Podiatry. I rang (many times). No one answered the phone and it went straight to voicemail.

Today I finally had someone ring and tell that an appointment has been made

In 14 months my son has grown and the overpronation of his feet will have caused a lot of stress on his rapidly growing joints. Hopefully no permanent damage has been done.

Thank you for your posting.

We would really like to look into the issues you have raised in more detail

Could I ask you to email me with your name and mobile number in addition to your sons name, address and date of birth. I will then pass these to the podiatrist service lead who will be very happy to contact you to explore these issues further

Once again I am very sorry for the poor service you have received

Kind regards

Amanda
