Week 1: - A little anxious not knowing what to expect but felt at ease & comfortable very quickly
Weeks 2 - 5 The meditation techniques were getting easier and I found concentrating better as my mind wasnt as full of negative thoughts.
Week 6 - Missed
Week 7 This is my last session as I cant attend next week. I have thoroughly enjoyed the course & will take all the info & techniques I have learned to cope from now on. I am more confident about myself & looking forward to a "new me" & coping better with situations as they arise - Hopefully "Stressfree"
