"Appalling Hospital !"

About: West Middlesex University Hospital

Appalling outpatients service ! Was referred to the chest clinic by GP for further investigations in February 2016 and I am still waiting for tests to be arranged and appointment with the consultant. Is seven months wait to be diagnosed a reasonable time scale? They won't answer GP's requests to expedite, won't action your formal complaints, will not communicate with you at all. Stay away from this hospital.
