"Incredible Staff- A Credit To The NHS"

With nurses who not only genuinely care which reflects beautifully in everything they do, but also lift the ward as soon and they walk in and Drs who take the time to explain and reassure you of procedures, Lancaster hospital is without doubt an absolute credit to the NHS! Every single person I have encountered here at Westmorland Infirmary has exuded an amazing level of compassion along with professionalism and maintained the highest levels or care and attentiveness neccessary to contribute to successful recoveries, especially the night staff! Considering they work nights as well, nothing is ever too much for them and they do all they can and more to make sure you are comfortable as many of the day staff do too! The last Dr I saw did not seem as pleasant as the others however they were to the point I guess and a very busy Dr and surrounded by such an amazing team I can let that go! Keep up the incredible work you all do ladies and gentlemen- hopefully I won't be back but if I ever am I know I'll be in the bet of hands! Really can't thank you all enough-it was incredibly scary what happened to my face and I tried to keep calm but I never could have done without you all thank you thank you thank you - incrediblle human beings! xxx
