I would like to thank all the staff involved at the ent day surgical unit involved with my operation. I had an operation on my ear called an 'mastoidectomy' and also to restructure the middle ear. I was so nervous about the procedure but i was put as ease by the nurse as soon as i was admitted to the ward. All the staff were fantastic in the theatre, the anaethatist also put me at ease. The surgeon who who i also saw on my first consultation and post op follow up has been brilliant, and had explained all the procedure very clearly to me and every step of the healing process has been just as the surgeon had said. It has been 6 weeks since my operation now and i'm feeling good.
At 70 years old this was my first operation, thank you all that were involved.
