"left in pain"

after being diagnosed in june/july with liver disease and gallbladder infection/stones i have essentially been left and ignored i have been waiting few months now to get an operation date. its been 3 weeks waiting for my mri scan results which ive been told havent even been looked at yet, on friday 2/9 it took 26 phone call to finally get through to someone to tell me this. i collapse on a regular basis now, vomit most of the time after eating and am in constant pain, stoke hospital where my mother in law went to for her gallbladder operated on her within 3 days of diagnosis while im left to rot. russels hall is just digusting in its practices to me and would never recommend anyone pt their lives in their care.
