Wasted a lot of time trying to get through. Phone system not as good as Basildon - couldn't recognise Ward asked for. Website detail poor. No mention of the Wards or their purpose. Eventually put through to an operator who told me I wanted Alastair Farquharson centre but again this is not listed on the site. Nor are visiting hours. Last time we visited the Hospital (a couple of years ago) were very impressed - unlike some of the reviews published. Main complaint though is that the information available should be brought up to date and ease of access to it should be vastly improved.
