(as the patient),

We arrived at the the meadows centre for dental treatment. We were met by kind, efficient staff who sought to ensure my needs were considered as I am ventilated and confined to my wheelchair, this did not deter the attempts to assist me even though my wheelchair, because it has been modified to carry my necessary equipment, sought ways to continue my treatment. I was reassured throughout my treatment and I felt safe the whole time. Future care was considered and I have been assured all my information will be transferred to Park House purely as this location is closer to home.

Thankyou for submitting feedback following your recent dental treatment at the Meadows Health Centre. It sounds as though you have had a very positive experience of our service and the staff were able to accomodate all your equipment which was necessary for the appointment. I am pleased to hear that that in future you will be seen closer to home at Park House which will be more convenient for you and all your information will be transferred over so will be there ready for your next appointment.
