"Visit in August"

I have been seen at Medway hospital for the duration of my pregnancy. Due to various complications I ended up having a c section six weeks before my baby was due. I was in hospital for 12 days and then I was able to bring my baby home. The service I received was outstanding. The staff on both Kent ward and Pearl ward were exceptional. They were friendly, informative and really put me at ease. Every stage was explained to me and despite my fears and worries they really helped me prepare for my early arrival. The theatre staff were amazing, especially the anaesthetist. Our baby stayed in the high dependency unit of the Oliver Fisher unit for 6 days. I cannot adequately explain the amazing work the staff do in this unit. Our baby was so was well cared for. We highly recommend the maternity services at Medway hospital.
