"3.5 hrs from entry to exit"

About: New Cross Hospital / Accident and emergency

Having turned up at a&e eye infirmary, I promptly registered and was told to take a seat, it was a quite morning with just a handful in attendance. Having waited over 90 mins having seen people arrive after me and be seen before me, I approached the receptionist to enquire my status, after a few taps on the keyboard I was told that I hadn't been registered and had to go through the whole process again! Although they did put me on front of the queue. The receptionist also put my entry time as the time I was registered the 2nd time and not from the original time I had arrived, no doubt this would show they were more efficient then they actually were!
