"I was admitted for my second knee ..."

About: Edith Cavell Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

I was admitted for my second knee replacement operation and was treated by both the consultant and staff with complete satisfaction . After the operation I was looked after by the nursing staff on ward 10 and can say that they were fantasic in every respect, although under staffed they worked tirelessly through the night in some cases with extremely difficult patients, The day staff were equally as dedicated and helpfull, I would fully recomend the hospital and it's staff if you need an operation.

What could be improved

More staff for the night people, free television, able to use your mobile phone after the operation to talk to loved ones to save the nurses having to answer the ward phone which rings for ever due to the work load,

Anything else?

Thank you all for looking after me and treating me so well after the op.
