"a long weight but doctors excellent"

I have used this service several times, and whilst the wait has been 30-60 minutes, (2 hours on Boxing Day on one occasion) the doctors are fantastic. I actually prefer them to my Gp. I know some of the doctors are paid by a private agency/ company and this could be a reason why.. You don't feel rushed and they're very thorough.

Reception staff are average. I did hear one of them speaking badly about a doctor which seems unprofessional. That said, the receptionists at my GP's Are all miserable so it makes a nice change.
