"I bled for 4 weeks after a smear test!"

I went to Holly House for a routine smear.

The next day I experienced severe pains in my joints, I have never had this before.

I contacted my consultant but they were away.

I asked their secretary for advice but they couldn't help.

By the time the consultant returned

I was distraught and very concerned.

I tried to make an appointment with them but this didn't happen.

I requested an iron infusion as I am generally anemic but did not get a response. I am still waiting for a response from the consultant after 6 months and I still have the pains.
