"Some things need doing better"

About: University College Hospital

1st appt today at antenatal clinic. Arrived and and was told I didn't have an appt. showed extremely rude receptionist text on my phone and all of a sudden I appeared on the system. MW was nice. Phlebotomist was also nice and chatty. All interactions with the receptionist though were frustrating. This person is the face of your service. They need more training on how to approach people. Very disappointed.
